RIP Phelps Catfish Collins

It's not been a good year for the members of P-Funk. First Garry Shider, now Phelps "Catfish" Collins has died. The older brother of Bootsy Collins, Catfish played guitar with Bootsy in both the P-Funk bands, with James Brown as the JB's, and as part of Bootsy's Rubber Band. He passed last Friday after a long battle with cancer.

Ashley Collins SuperDiva

Glasgow has a fine tradition of producing empowering female pop divas. First there was Lulu. Then there was... erm, Lulu? Now to add to that fine list we have Ashley Collins, self-proclaimed "Electro SuperDiva". What makes this diva so super we're not quite sure, but you can judge for yourself by taking a look at her latest video "Loving You" (below).
